Great service and quality of watches at a great price, saw the watch on insta and booked an appointment same day.

We had some issues at the beginning of the purchase negotiations with my wife's Daytona, however both Jason and Charlie went up and beyond to ensure these were quickly forgotten and gave us a great deal with a great service. With significant regret, I cannot recommend this company based on my recent purchase experience. The conduct of the store management and the condition of the product were highly unsatisfactory. ​Product Misrepresentation ​I purchased a watch for 23,000 having been advised that it was in "immaculate condition." However, upon closer inspection shortly after leaving the store, a noticeable dent was discovered on the bezel. The existence of this defect was not disclosed at the time of purchase, leading me to conclude that the item was misrepresented regarding its actual condition. ​Unprofessional Sales Tactics ​My initial budget for this investment watch was 15,000. I was strongly pressured by the sales team to exceed this limit and purchase the 23,000 watch, primarily by emphasizing its superior "investment" value. This heavy sales pressure, combined with the subsequent discovery of a defect, has left me feeling misled. ​Refusal of Resolution and Conflicting Policies ​Within 12 hours of the purchase, I contacted the store to report the issue. The Store Manager, Arif, refused to offer a full return, citing a strict "no returns" policy. ​This stance is in direct contradiction to the 14-day return period explicitly advertised on the company's own website. The manager's subsequent conduct, including arrogance during phone calls, refusal to admit me to the store, and threatening to call the police when I arrived to seek a resolution, was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. ​I w…

These are awful people to deal with! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Went there to have a look, ended up buying one, and they said the watch I bought was in “pristine” condition. Upon buying the watch and leaving the store I had a look at it and it was damaged which I couldn’t see in store. So I rang them and wanted to speak to someone about this, and they was extremely rude saying you won’t get your money back. So I said I’ll pop down store and see what can be done, went down there and they refused me entry into the store and threatened to call the police on me. They sold me a watch for 23k as “pristine” condition even though there was a dent in the case that I couldn’t see from them holding the watch. And I would expect they treat customers a lot better than this and not refuse them into store and threaten to call police!! Stay clear of them!

Not impressed at all I ordered a watch via Chorno24 and they did not deliver. I called thwm so many times and the service and lack of foĺlow up was so bad I'm having to go through reclaiming over 18k fron an escrow account. I would suggest you avoid.

Awful place full of con artists. Especially arif! He thinks he is smart because he went to university. Boy needs his p45. Matters taken further see you in court rude man with a big ego. Takes peoples money and then give improper service trading standards and media will here about this story. Honestly this company is a joke they delete there negative reviews.

Just bought a Patek from Arif at Luxe watches. The quality and service was nothing short of 5 star. There was no hard sell at any point. All of the information I needed was at hand and it was provided to me without even having to ask. They have a range of watches and jewellery to choose from and I’m sure they could find the item you are looking for if they didn't have it in stock. I ended up purchasing a beautiful pair of diamond earrings from them too for my wife’s birthday. All in all I can’t rate them high enough. Well worth a visit on line or in store!!

10/10 experience yet again! Charlie always goes above and beyond to help me. This is by far the best watch seller in London and Essex.

Went to collect my refurbished 2018 Yachtmaster and whilst there mu husbands watch was a bit loose, so Oliver removed a link there and then. The Yachtmaster came out like brand new - Excellent Service

Just awful!! Arif is rude, obnoxious and if you’re ever sold a watch being advertised as immaculate and you later notice there is damage or you feel you were coerced into a sale they will not give you the time of day! Refused a refund and wouldn’t even allow me in the store! I honestly cannot believe it! This whole situation is just morally wrong! And this is not just going to disappear, ignoring this will not work! Face your unprofessional responsibilities and do right! This is only going to get worse for you Arif. The advice we’ve currently been given is to try resolve this but as we are being ignored, we are to boycott and defame, next stage litigation, this is not going away.

Nice people but make sure everything is working properly before you part with your money. Sold me a watch that went wrong twice within the first 10 days - gave me an exchange but wasn’t willing to offer refund - considering the money involved really not good enough - Next give a refund without a second thought so not sure why Luxe don’t think they should offer the same service - especially on faulty goods

Dealt with Oliver regarding a watch valuation for a limited edition piece. Some initial confusion over the rarity of the watch, but communication was excellent and I received a speedy delivery of the valuation.

Great dealing with Charlie as always. Helpful and honest every time.

Staff were very helpful and happy to answer questions and to send photos of the watch I wanted to purchase. The item was received promptly and was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would avoid this firm at all costs. I’ve dealt with Luxe Watches both as a buyer and on consignment, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected a professional and trustworthy relationship. Instead, they have consistently failed to uphold promises, screened and ignored calls, and rarely responded to emails. I also used their service to consign watches, which proved incredibly difficult. Despite repeated follow-ups and clear agreements, they showed poor communication and lack of accountability. When they failed to sell one of my watches, they couldn’t even be bothered to post it back — despite knowing I live a two-hour drive away. This is not the level of service expected from a company positioning itself as a luxury retailer. My experience with Luxe Watches has been defined by unreliability, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend others to proceed with caution.

Buying a watch from these guys was an easy decision. I bought a watch in March 25’ and then again in Nov 25’. Attention to detail was always there and their process is super professional. Charlie and Arif are good guys. Would recommend.

Anotyer review seems as they like to get taken down!! I do not advise this company. Rude !! I went in buying a watch for 23k I was told in store the watch was immaculate condition and when I returned home my Wife noticed a few dent on the watch I then felt mislead as I couldn't notice this due to my eyesight being bad. And uoset I was not made aware of this especially after asking if there is any damage to the watch and being told no! so I rang the store and was met with arrogance from the store manager. Boasting about that they do not take returns and that they have been in the business long enough. I asked if I could exchange the watch for another watch and they said yes but for store credit only. however when I stated that online there website does not state they do not accept returns and in fact it says a 14 day return period I felt like I am just being taken for a fool. I was ignored for the whole day after ringing several times. I then drove to the store because I feel like this is the right thing to do to try come to a solution bear in mind we are 12 hours from the purchase of this watch. They refused to allow me in the store and threatened to call the police. My wife rang to try get answers and they also were rude to her.. the store manager is recently new at this store and I pressure with all my heart do not do business at this store.
